Overview

These Terms govern your use of Trove (the "App").

Trove is licensed, not sold. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms.

Trove stores documents locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and backups (if any).

Trove Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the App's security features.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
